Each year I attend seminars, hands on classes and attend formal Taxidermy School.  All to hone my skills and knowledge to better delivery you a higher quality mount.   In addition, several of my finished mounts are entered into yearly competitions to receive feedback from some of the Industry's best.

Whether due to age or just not satisfied with the look of the mount you have on your wall, It can be corrected!  

Want a refreshed look?

Sometimes changing the habitat your mount is attached to can create a whole new look.   Adding a Bait Fish, changing the board it's attached to or getting a re-gloss can really help!

You caught a trophy fish! now what...

Preparing your Fish for the Taxidermist

*  Do NOT gut it!

* PICTURES, PICTURES, PICTURES!:  The more pictures you can provide the taxidermist of varying angles, the better it will help ensure your completed fish looks like it did alive!

* Keep it cold: Place fish in a cooler with plenty of ice

* Keep it moist:  Cover the fish with a wet cloth or towel

*Protect the fins:  Lay fins flat against the body

*Use a plastic Bag:  Place towel wrapped fish in a plastic bag and remove as much air as possible to prevent freezer burn

* Freeze it Quickly:  The sooner you get the fish to a Taxidermist, the better!  However, if you must freeze it, place the Fish (wrapped in towel & in bag) flat in the freezer.    Keep show side up.

    All Full Body mounts, Fish and Birds pricing includes a Driftwood Base or Standard Stone Replica Habitat.   Upgraded Bases/ Habitats can be quoted.


    All specimens brought in for mounting must meet State and Federal regulations.   Tags must accompany the specimens into the shop.  Absolutely no protected/ endangered species will be accepted.


    50% Deposit at time of Drop Off.   Balance Due at time of pick-up.


    Wild Turkey Heads are freeze dried to offer the most realistic quality mount.


    Being an avid pet owner, I will not accept pets - I may be able to reproduce the body...but the "Spirit" of your pet cannot be.   I apologize in advance.  However, I can help you with other Memorial Items to honor your pet.  I can also get pricing for a freeze drying procedure that will preserve your pet...sleeping pose is highly recommended.


    The tanning process of your animal depends greatly on factors that  may have impacted your mount before they ever make it to the shop.  I use only reputable Tanners that have proven records of Quality Output.  However, occasionally due to external factors  - there may arise an issue.   Thus, tanning will be done at owners risk. However - should an issue arise- do not panic- we will work the solution together!


    We will not be held responsible for any losses incurred in Fire, Theft, Tannery Damage, Loss in transit, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
